The approach to soils report for a commercial building are slightly different.  Usually, commercial buildings are taller/heavier than residential structures. Therefore they require deeper soil borings, more lab tests and additional analysis for soil settlement.

We work with your civil engineer who provides grading, drainage and topographic plans. We also work with your structural engineer and Architect.
